Companies invest heavily in infrastructure, but the human layer remains the weakest point. 74% of breaches still start with human error, yet most companies rely on outdated, checkbox training that doesn't reflect real-world attacks.
Parable Security deploys AI Agents to provide quantitative human risk metrics and help remediate them with real-time protection. Built by MIT and Harvard students and researchers, we are already working with design partners and early pilots to redefine how organizations reduce human cyber risk.

Your mission
- Generate pipeline through outbound, partnerships, events, and local networks
- Close deals with SMB and mid-market companies — starting with legal firms
- Build partnerships with MSPs and cyber insurance providers
- Establish Parable as the category leader in your region
- Own and build the entire sales and marketing engine for your continent
Compensation — High upside, performance-based
- 20% commission on every deal you bring in
- No cap
- Recurring revenue share on retained clients
- Path to base salary + commission once targets are met
